Extra charge from bank after completing of loan tenure from State bank of Hyderabad

I have availed a car loan from State bank of Hyderabad which is now merged in SBI imdia.
My loan was sectioned in the year of2010 my first email date was 31/01/2011 and last EMI date was 31dec 2017 as per me my loan was finished on 31 Dec 2017 this loan was approved for 7 yrs but when I visited to branch than the branch manager said today's auditors are in my branch plz give your complaint to a lady who is sitting in front desk.same was discussed with her than he told me plz give your application we will chk and you didn't pay for some period which I don't remember.i am very strange when I asked her for a loan statement and she is not able to find loan statement in system.

Request you to plz chk my details as per me in the year of 2015 I have taken home loan at the time of home loan my total outstanding was 48k and now after completing of my loan my outstanding is 68k .which is next to impossible.i told that BM sir I came from Indore but he is not ready to lestion and he is busy eating apples whit their Audit team.

This is the fact of Indian largest goverment bank .
