I Shri Amolendu Halder, bearing of SBI saving account No. 20164091979 in Bhubaneswar Main Branch is inform you that on 16.01.2018 around 5.30 PM, I came to know that an amount of `2750 has been fraudulently deducted from my account through 12 transactions (each of `250) via SMS without any OTP
