I am Mir Janu my FD ac no 31518018024 dated 29/11/2010. amount 20,000/- and its maturity date 6/6/2012 . when i contact near branch after maturity , they are info me your balanced nil. i asked why? they again info me that your credit card not updated and they are collected your money. i also pay to credit card may be 5000/- but expense 4100/- so what? and stop my credit card.
1. why they are transfer my amount to credit card .
2. why not they are info me?
3. what are the status of my credit card?
4. please look after my case and immdt action about this case.and try to refund my money as possible.
