Dear Sir/Madam,

I have HDFC diners club credit card my card no is 36088621427908 the disputed amount of Rs. 25000/- which is not authorized and shop by me on date 25.10.2015, i have been follow up many time with HDFC customer care but they have given the time period of 4 to 5 month.

but still there are no reply and even i could not use the credit card. and HDFC bank are harassing me for undue payment.
please do needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.
