Fine on salary account by YES BANK

I got salary account from my employer. when I was resigned from organization. I have withdraw my amount from my salary account.
From may 2015 too till date I am not using my account. but YES bank sending SMS again & again with fine amount due to min balance. I have informed to bank (through customer care) several time please close my account but still I am getting SMS with fine. Please help me.
