Auto Debit Saving's Amount to Creditcard Payment

I Have a Salary Account At ICICI Bank at Meerut . This Account Is opened BY The G.R Bathla Publication Pvt. Ltd. For Transfer My Services Amount To That Account . At February 10th 2017 my salary amount 10350 transferred but the Bank Self Deduct This Amount From my Account To Some Credit card outstanding which is before 2005 . Bank Shows Outstanding Amount. but in My Knowledge The Settlement was Made Before 9- 10 Years as After That Long Time I Don't Have the settlement letter and payment proof . As I Want The Transaction Proof Of That Credit card But The Bank Didn't Provide me any Information.
