State Bank of India , main branch ,gonda(uttar pradesh) payment refund request

1. My ame is Ajeet Pratap Singh. I have a Saving account (acc no 20005532453 ) in State Bank of
India main branch Gonda District:-Gonda State:-UP ifsc code : SBIN0000084
I have made an online transaction on 29-dec-2016 of Rs 7020.00, Rs 7156.00, Rs 5060.00 , Rs
74815.00 Rs 5060.00 , through Net Banking as a payment for Awas Vikas Parisad UP using their
their official web portal (http://upavp.com/pem/upavp_new/index.aspx).

2. Payment of transaction of Rs 7020.00, Rs 7156.00, Rs74815.00 was successful But payment of
Rs 5060.00 , Rs 5060.00 was unsuccessful at last moment of completion which was made the
Acc No 58490100000408 (Bank:Bank of Baroda Branch:Rajajipuram D block Lucknow).
Amount of Rs 5060.00 , Rs 5060.00 has been deducted from my acc no and does not
automatically refunded after 5 days.

3. After 5 days i have made a compliant to SBI (complain Token no PT9992227546769) for Refund , But SBI team have replied that “As confirmed with merchant, your transaction ids
IGAANBZHZ2 and IGAANCKUB8 is successful and processed on 29/12/2016.”

4.When I enquired for amount Rs 5060.00 , Rs 5060.00 from Account section of Awas vikas
Parisad , they told that they have not received such amount in their respective account .
Account section of Awas vikas Parisad had told me they will only refund me or adjust my
deducted money only when my branch will provide me a proof that Rs 5060.00 , Rs 5060.00
has been transferred into their account no 58490100000408.
Again i visited my home branch Gonda of my SBI bank to track the detail of amount Rs
54060.00, Rs 54060.00 as in which account no this amount has been transferred they did not
helped me and answered that they can not track these transaction as payment has been done
online using PayU gate way.
I request to track detail for the Reference no 5966441658IGAANCKUB8 of IGAANCKUB8 (for Rs
5060.00) and 5966329770IGAANBZHZ2 or IGAANBZHZ2 (again for Rs 5060.00) done on 29-dec-2016 from account no 20005532453 so that i can further claim for my refund from Awas Vikas
Parisha UP.
