Didn't dispense cash but amount debbitted

I had used indicash facility at 6.20 pm on 15 September 2020 at villikuri Nagercoil and my name is Dr Anoob Abubakkar. Kindly do the needful. But cash was not dispensed for 15min .and gave the card . Kindly do the needful and return the money.
