I transferred money on 31/12/2019 to another account due to typo error. On my request, ICICI Bank has frozen the account four months back.
I have been running from pillar to post for a refund informed them several times through emails, WhatsApp, phone, in person when my relationship manager came, visiting branch and etc.
Till today they are giving vague answers and unable to process even after 4 months.
