I booked Paytm Rupay Platinum card last December. I was told that I'll get complimentary Airport lounge access 8 times a year. I wasn't informed that they have revoked this service from 9th January onwards. I had went to the Lounge on March and I was told they are not accepting this for over a month. I was humiliated and harrassed
