ECS bounce in Covid Pandemic time

Hi Team,
My name is Kathir Jayan U and I have availed a housing loan (403DHL48976724 and 403DHL49658610) in Bajaj home finance. Due to Covid19 I paid my EMI late for the months April and May. I have informed the persons who called me from Bajajfinserv about this lateness. But suddenly on 30th May my account was hit with a penalty bounce 11 times with an amount of 590 and a total of 6490 rupees on the same day within a few minutes.
I called and checked with the bank and they conveyed that your home loan bank has initiated the ECS so you have to check with them if the fund is not available then automatically it will be considered as a cheque bounce and the amount was deducted.
I queried the person from Bajaj finance and they said that you can pay the EMI by the end of the month also and no charge is applicable.
Finance minister (Nirmala Seetharaman) announced that no charges will be applicable if the EMIs are not paid on time during this Covid pandemic. But I was hit 11 times and an amount of 6490 was deducted from my account.
I have attached the snippets from my account for your reference. Please help me to get justice against this bank. I don't know how many people were affected like me. Thank you!
