SIR, I HAVE AN ACCOUNT (od) IN THE NAME OF OMEGA INDUSTRIES, IN STATE BANK OF PATIALA HAPUR. I GIVE AN APPLICATION FOR ISSUE THE CHEQUE BOOK ON IST AUG. 15. HE SAID THAT CHEQUE BOOK WILL COME AT YOUR FACTORY ADDRESS WITH IN A WEEK. BUT AFTER ONE WEEK I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CHEQUE BOOK, AND SAID TO MR. SUDHAKAR JI, HE TAKE MATTER VERY LIGHTLY, AND DID NOT GIVE SATISFY REPLY. I RETURN AND AFTER 20 DAYS I GIVEN A APPLICATION IN WRITTEN WHICH IS RECEIVED BY MR. SUDHAKAR JI, BUT NO ACTION TAKE CAREFULLY. AFTER THAT ON 31ST AUG. 15 I WENT IN THE BANK, AGAIN I SAID TO MR. SUDHAKAR JI FOR NOT RECEIPT THIS CHEQUE BOOK, THEN HE TAQKE ACTION AND SAID I WILL TELL YOU ON PHONE. THEN AFTER ONE HOUR HE SAID ON PHONE THAT CHEQUE BOOK IS DELIEVERED ON 11TH -12 TH AUG. 15 BY PIGION COURIER. I SAID THAT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED TILL THAT. AND THEN I COMPLAINT IN HEAD OFFICE BY EMAIL BUT HERE IS NO REPLY AFTER 3 DAYS. IS IT SERVICE OF THE GOVT. BANK. AND NOW HE IS SAYING THAT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM MY BANK. THIS IS THE ANSWER OF MR. SUDHAKAR, WHEN I SAID THAT PLEASE GIVE ME THAT CHEQUE BOOK WHICH IS WRONG DELIEVERED. SIR MUJHE MANSIKROOP SE PARESAN KIYA JA RAHA HEY. IS BANK KEY KHILAPH TURANT ACTION LIYA JAYE. AUR MR. SUDHAKAR JASE PERSON KO BAQNK SE KAHI AUR TRANSFER KIYA JAYE JO KI PARESAN KAR RAHE HEY.
