Debit Card Charges saving account in Axis Bank

I have saving account in Axis Bank having its branch at Sanjay Place, Agra. They are regularly debiting the amount of debit cards charges yearly. I had sent several emails to them in the past to reverse these charges since I do not have debit cards since many years. Also I have sent one more email today, but they informed that these charges cannot be revered.

Please direct AXIS Bank to reverse these charges with immediate effect.
