Respected sir,
It is submitted that I have lost my father on 5/6/2015. My father account have in the state bank
of India, Bihar ADB Parsa Bazar saran, Branch Code-3267. My father has not declared the nominee of the account. Now I
have contact to the Bank and submit all the documents like NOC of all family members and surety of
two witness, voter cards, and addhar cards also with signature. I have several time meet the officers of
the above said bank, but they have not given positive response. They always are demanding different
documents time to time. I am very tired to fulfill their demand, but I don’t know what they want to
release my father amount in the name of my mother. Sir, my mother has around 38 year old and also
suffering from the heart diesis. My family need this amount urgently basis. Kindly look into this matter
on priority basis and resolve my case as early as possible.
