I WITHDRAW CASH FROM A SBIATM ON12/04/16 AT17:34 WITH AMOUNT RS10000. BUT SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM THE CASH IS NOT OUT FORM THE ATM MACHINE. BUT THE AMOUNT DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT AND STILL NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT.I CONTACT MY BANK BUT THEY DO NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM.PLEASE HELP ME TO REFUND MY BALANCE.
