Dear sir,
I having a savings account in federal bank having account number 12570100106762 out of which my monthly EMI for two wheeler loan running. For the past five months I have not keep the balence required for EMI due to moratorium announced by RBI. But federal bank charged 714 rupees as ecs return charges. Due to lockdown I have lost my job I have not able to burden this amount as charges. I contacted bank for refund of the charges but they ignored. I kindly request the authorities to take necessary actions to refund the amount.
