Katra Ahluwalia, Amritsar Branch of Central Bank of India made 2 deductions of Rs 172 & Rs 173 from my S.B. A/C No 1344040229 maintained with Bank's Pathankot Branch towards Demat a/c AMC charges on 18th Aug 2017 which Demat a/c was got closed by me in the year 2009-2010.
No such charges were ever deducted post closure of said demat a/c since 2010 from any of my Bank a/cs. Now,sudden deductions stated above are illegal,unauthorized & irrelevant effected without any prior notice & without any justifications.
Complaints made to Katra Ahluwalia, Amritsar Branch on 23rd Aug 2017 & Head office of this Bank on Sep 2017 are neither acknowledged nor resolved even almost one month.
Kindly instruct the Concerned Bank to investigate the matter & refund the sum of Rs 345 deducted unauthorisedly,illegally to the credit of my Bank a/c from which these were deducted.
