I have complied about the below mentioned problem to many SBI peoples but still the problem not solved.
1.first contact Customer Care they said check with Gopalapuram Branch and then i went to branch then said contact CC.
2.Again i have contact CC they said we will solve in 5 days but problem not solved.
3. So i called Chennai AGM and nodal office, they given another number 04428266131 to contact, i contact that number they said mail us to agmcustomerlhoche@sbi.co.in, i send mail on 05/09/2016 they reply we are check and solve it, i have speak with them every week they saying we check and solve it but more than 45 days gone my problem not solved yet.
My problem is,
1. I have withdrawal amount Rs 2000/- in Dena bank ATM on 28/06/2016 but the amount not came but he same amount debited from my account.
2. Then i have complained through SBI Customer care, after that amount Rs 2000/- was credited to my account on 12/07/2016, with the transaction no: Tx618013986282.
3. The same amount Rs 2000/- was debited from my account on 18/07/2016 with the same transaction no: Tx618013986282.
Requesting you to solve the problem and hoping so you will solve the problem
