ATM transaction failed but amount deducted

On 29 nov. 2015 , i went to a near SBI atm in order to withdraw money 5000/- Rs. but due to faliure of link , i could not succeed & after some time when i checked my a/ c balance only 7.00 Rs. the amount was deducted from it . I submitted a written. Complaint in bank related to this & they told me to solve my problem within few days but i haven't got any response from their side yet. please try to refund my money as soon as possible....
