ATM Transaction dispute - ICICI and Canara Bank

On 2nd Sept 2018 I went to ATM ( ID 0330WS04 ) in Spring Field market Faridabad, I requested for amount 8000, while machine was counting power was gone After Several followup by my home bank, Canara Bank is denying stating the transaction was successful. Neither they are giving video clipping nor transaction logs. ICICI bank sent last mail that we cannot do anything unless canara bank refund money to them.

    Dear Sir,

    I have with draw a amount rs-7000 but i got only 5500. I have complained again and again but the bank refused to refund the money. I have withdrawn the amount on 04 th june-18 from Bank of Baroda I have already many time complain in Costumer care but my issue not resolved till now..
