State Bank of India Fraud Deduction of 40000rs from ATM

Its been almost over 45 days and i do not have any update on my deductions of 40000rs from my SBI ATM on 3rd June 2018 at 8:23 am and their are 4 transsactions of 10000rs with a gap of 1 minute.
I blocked my card instantly and complained on customer care number of SBI and they told me that they will get back to me in 60 days but as of now no updated from them and they have closed my complain.
Visited Police Station and they told me that this is a cyber crime so you should go in cyber shell and after visitin cyber shell they told me that this is physical crime you should go bank or police station and they told me bank can help you in this case.

After going 3 4 times in cyber shell than they give me a paper in which they are asking the details like in which process you are, from the bank.

Bank registered my complain on 11th June and till now i do not have any update.

Request you to help me in this case because i am a middle class man and i know the value of 40000rs.
