I have a salary a/c in yes bank, having a/c no. 001790200036721, customer id 671924, in name of Prince Gupta.
I want to inform you that on dated 10.03.2015 between 6.30 pm to 7 p.m. i have used my ATM card (card no.5267 0200 0330 3166) for withdral cash of Rs.2000 (Two thousands only), but no any cash is withdrawal, after few minute i got a sms from my mobile that amount of Rs.2000 (Two thosands) is debited. at first i visit to yes bank stephen house branch, they told us may be due to technical reason its happen, don't wary we received your complaint, you will get money within 3-4 working days. but i have not get any amount after 3-4 days. than i send a mail to yes bank on dated 12.03.2015. Form 12.03.2015 to still now my complaint is pending. Still i have not get any proper answer. .
