I was transferring money of amount of rs 15000 through NEFT to my brother in Mumbai on 2/4/2016 by visiting bank on SBI borgaon (sausar) .

I had transferred to Yes Bank Mumbai Vashi.

I had not received any receipt for my transaction but I filled an NEFT form while transferring amount.I got SMS with confirmation on my mobile for the following transaction help which is attached below for your reference.

While I was reading the SMS I found account number was incorrect.

I return back with the received SMS to branch for concern.

They agreed that account number was wrongly entered by the staff and we will recorrect the issue and process the transaction.

Branch staff accepted the error.

I personally visited daily from the date of transaction till date.

Since I am getting a casual reply from bank staff it will credit don't worry.

Today when I visited again branch manager Mr.Vasnik asking me to contact Mumbai branch and they will not give any further support.

Money was transfer due to my brother health issue which is suffering from last few month. He was in a need of money for treatment so I deposited money but still he had not received the amount. If anything happens to him who will be responsible for that

Kindly resolve the problem and help me.
