Subject :- Alleged "nepotism" and "foulplay" regarding....!!

Esteemed Sir;

Mr. Abdul Basit Hashia S/O Abdul Qayoom Hashia a resident of House No. 73, Alfarooq Colony Rawalpora Bypass Srinagar 190005.

A few years back Mr.Abdul Basit Hashia (nephew of Mr. Abdul Rouf Bhat, a former senior J&K Bank Officer) was "clandestinely" "appointed" as "Works Supervisor" in the J&K Bank pertinently before the superannuation of Mr. Abdul Rouf Ahmed Bhat himself... who was directly in charge of the Bank's recruitment process whatsoever.

Mr Basit's case is allegedly a glaring instance of "nepotism and favouratism" at the highest levels. And demands a "probe" to say the least.

And in light of the above references made...kindly share the precise "recruitment" details or simply put it into pubic domain the data "justifying" the appointment of Mr Basit Hashia on the said post.

And what was the Advertisement Notice Number and the Date of Advertisement consequent upon which Mr. Basit was "recruited" as and when ?

Also it is pertinent to "divulge" the "details" about the other applicants who had "participated" in the said "sham" "process" if ever undertaken.

Moreover it is alleged that no such "exercise" was even held in the very first place.
Not even a "sham" recruitment drive. Just a mere "pick n chose".

Therefore allegedly Mr Basit's "appointment" has been purely a case of "nepotism" whereby a "blue eyed person" was provided a "job" in the bank "bypassing" the set recruitment "norms".

Hence in the above backdrop its humbly requested that the J&K Bank helmsmen "come clean" on this "case" hastily to clear the air.

As the said "complaint" has aleady been shared with the concerned quarters at both State and the National levels. And will be taken much vigorously if there is little or no "response" on the part of the bank.

With Regards
