Allahabad bank not responding in customer care no.

my atm is not working so for help i call to the customer care no. but it is not responding from last day i am at very crucial condition and not able to pay my fees and rent.such a poor service of bank cant trust.

    Hello,

    I have done a fund transfer to my friend's account of ICICI Bank from my allahabad bank account, money got deducted from my account my friend didn't receive any funds. I have emailed to customer care regarding this because the customer care number is Neve ever been useful, they always say all line are busy please try again. But I didn't got any responses from allahabad customer care also. I can provide the transaction details. Please help me.
