I am pradeep kumar,I have saving account in Allahabad bank, Adityapur branch (ac no- 50242881092).sir,i debited the amount 3500 and 4000 on 12th January 2018 by ATM bank of Baroda,Gamharia (id-1CRJHSK01). I got a slip that my transactions are declined. And when I checked my account balance the amount is deducted from my account. I complained to my bank but till now their is no action taken by my bank. Sir,please take appropriate action,

I got three failed transactions from allahabad bank that cost me 1100 rs. in total. It's been a month and I didn't get a single rupee back from this bank. customer service is pathetic, they don't reply on mail, their contact number is always unavailable.
