I have an ZERO BALANCE A/C IN IDBI BANK PUNE LBS RD BRANCH. My ac.no 0460104000036184 . I am deposited 4100 RS dated on 01/08/2018. right now my ac debited all amount against many different charges. IDBA BANK branch staff not give me proper information about cutting charges when i was opening my ac that time not inform me about any charges because my ac is zero balance why my ac debited all money .I am calling IDBI BANK Customer care they told if you are not operate a/c last 2 years or no any transaction those a/c close by bank. my ac not operating last 4 yrs why idbi bank are not close it that time. 4100 rs is not small amount for me i want refund my amount in my ac within 3 working days otherwise I am going in consumer court because i am in very tens bank are responsible all things
