REFUND NOT RECEIVED BY shoppingoutlet.in, ordered a pair of Nike Free Run Shoes

I had ordered a pair of Shoes (Nike Free Run 3.0 Navy Blue Running Shoes) order no.40035128 through this site(www.shoppingoutlet.in) on 26/06/2016. I already paid the shoes total amount of Rs-1899/- at the time of order placed.

When I got the shoes its in very low quality (the shoes look like local road side product) and defective condition. So I returned the shoes within 5 days of delivery and I got reverse confirmed receipt.

I have called their customer care several times but they are not returning my money yet.But company showing MoneyBackGuarantee in their website.

So please take necessary action in this regard.
