I have purchased talc and two other cosmetic goods from मै श्रृंगार प्रसाधन केन्द्र गोलघर गोरखपुर।
But he refused to provide valid bill for these goods.
The bill is enclosed.
Need action as he is evading tax and violating consumer rules.
