snapdeal fraud with me

first of all snapdeal send me the wrong product(order no.-12381098615)and after this type of irresponsibility they are telling me that they don't return the product and they can't do anything.they send me a book instead of shoes(i ordered nike shoes rs-4995.00)they always told that if costomer received wrong product they will take responsibility.but now they just fraud with me and i don't know what to do.i just know snapdeal and they telling me that they can't do anything.
