wrong size kurtas delivered by HOME SHOP 18 and complain no. 164750983 not entertained.

I ordered 5 cotton kurtas of XXL size online from homeshop18 on 18 may and cancelled the order on 22 MAY 2016 with the registered COMPLAIN NO. 164750983 before delivery of the consignment but they didn't entertain it and delivered it on 23 may 2016 on the address c/o Mayank , Super provision store in bareilly : 243001 which I ordered for gifting purpose . When the packet was opened , the sizes of all the 5 kurtas were different from the size which I ordered (XXL). On mailing the same thing with photos to hs18 at their mail address care@homeshop18 . They are refusing to entertain my complain and denying refund or replacement . More than 16 mails and numerous telephonic calls I did but every time they are saying that the time of the complain has passed therefore they would not do anything . Since their team has deliberately packed the undersized kurtas , but they are not accepting it ,I also talked to their senior members (Mr.ALI , Mr.DEEPAK ,Mr. MOHIT) but their answer is same.
Kindly resolve the issue and get my amount refunded .
