My REFUND is still pending. I have been asked to send the item to your warehouse manually as my address is out of your support boundary. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! YOU HAVE DELIVERED THE PRODUCT AT SAME ADDRESS AND A PICKUP MAN CAME TO TAKE THE PRODUCT BUT HE REFUSED SAYING ITS TOO BIG, HE WILL SEND ANOTHER GUY NEXT DAY WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. i called today to know the reason for this where the advisor told it is for incorrect pincode and he confirm the pin code as 700014. I want you to take the product back and refund me the amount. THE STUPID ADVISOR ON CALL PURPOSE STATED THAT HE WILL UPDATE THAT I DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT TRUE... MAKE SURE THAT I WANT TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT AND FULL REFUND..
