I INITIATED RETURN of Janda Multicolour Jhula Cum Pram on 26 July 2016 WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. THE PICKUP MAN STATED THE PRODUCT IS BIG AND HE WILL SEND ANOTHER PERSON NEXT DAY. LATER I TRACKED MY RETURN AND DISCOVERED THE RETURN HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!! I CONTACTED ON 28 JULY AND WAS PROMISED RETURN PICKUP IS RESCHEDULED FOR 30 JULY WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. I AGAIN CALLED AND WAS ASSURED IT WILL HAPPEN BY 2 AUGUST 2016. THE RETURN PICKUP HAS NOT HAPPENED YET!! I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES VIA CALL AND EMAIL. I HAVE SENT MORE THAN 5 EMAILS BUT HAD NO REPLY TO ANY OF THEM. I HAVE ALSO CALLED SNAPDEAL 3 TIMES AND HAD NO RESOLUTION APART FROM FALSE PROMISE OF REFUND. I AM BEING ROBBED BY SNAPDEAL!!! I NEED A REFUND OF MY PRODUCT THAT COST RS 1000.00 AND FOR THE CALL CHARGES I HAD TO INCUR.
