Sir I purchased a juice mixer from online portal zotezo.com on 26th February 2016 with order no.100016702 but the product till not delivered. I make all the payment but till not get the product. I try to contact them but phone not answered & I also Complaint online to their portal but not get answered. I am helpless kindly help me.thank you.

    i ordered the 4 products from zotezo.com on 16.april.2016, of Rs 917, which i payed through debit card, but yet i have not received the product nor the refund is being initiated by them, after making 3 online complaints on there website still there is no response or status of the order. i am very upset and want to recover my money . plz help me out of this.
