Complain against Dhamaal.com, made a payment for Sony power bank

Dear Sir / Madam,

I made a payment for Sony power bank to Dhamaal.com. Payment has been done through online on 14th July 2016. I have received an invoice but did not receive any service. When I try to contact customer care they didn't give any response. Even I wrote an email to confo-va-br@nic.in but didn't get any reply. It’s cheating done by Dhamaal.com.

Therefore, I am requesting authority to intervene immediately and to look the fraudulent activity. The company has taken my money but did not provide any services. I need your help.

I am also sending the attached payment invoice copy for reference. Kindly help me.
