On 9th Feb’2015 I had ordered vide No.3455dated 9th Feb’2015 to “www.thehobbyshop.in” for some electronic hobby items through online for Rs.805.00. Transaction was made through my online SBI transaction No. “33434754IG00OVYXT7 transfer to 31052-hobbyshop elecronic trade”. After 2 years, till date they have not supplied my materials & showing it as-Back order Delay, in their website. Several times I have sent them mail, messages & called over phone but all are in vain, there are no replies from them. Also I had filed case in Jago Grahak Jago, but nothing has happened.

On 10th Jan'2017 suddenly thet have contacted me over mail that " they have dispatched the material throgh DTDC courier. But on asking the courier details, there is no response.
