Fake and damaged product and no reply of emails for refund

I have ordered a samsung evo 128gb miCro sd card with order number 080467715821778 but its send a product with same name but its fake and the write speed is 600 kbps and its shows memory but data cant be seen in it after 400 mb. When i send an email at care@Bookmyoffer.com for reverse pickup and refund. Its not answering and I am waiting for answer. My number is 8077903490.
