Fraud case against Flipkart, purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Flipkar

I had purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Flipkart under order ID: ‘OD507285215481988000’. After the purchase, I didn’t find the shoes fitting to my shoes. So, I made a request on Flipkart website to get the items returned and refund me my money. I tried for 3 weeks, almost 20 times a day for getting the product returned. Finally, the Flipkart told me that it will not pick up the product from my address and I would have to deliver the product myself to the seller. So, I did exactly the same. I sent both the pair of shoes separately to seller address under two different shipment through India government speed post service (tracking ids are EU755123493IN and EU755123555IN). But after the shipment, the product could not reach to seller address and so, the product came back to me as can easily be tracked from the tracking id.

When informed Flipkart about this incident. Then they told me to send the item again through any private courier service and they advised me to send the item through Bluedart. As per their directions, I sent both the shoes to the seller through Bluedart courier service. The tracking IDs of the two shipments are: 50248596871 and 50248596893. Still, this time the items could not be delivered to the seller as the seller address falls in very outer area where there is not any courier service available. I requested Bluedart courier to deliver the item anyhow to the seller. They tried for special delivery for these items. Still, the items could not be delivered.

I am attaching here the receipt of all the speed post/Bluedart courier.

Now, when I informed the Flipkart about this case. Then, they are again telling me to ship the item again and this time they are telling to send the items through DTDC. I enquired from other courier service providers but they refused to ship the item as they told me that the delivery area was not serviceable. So, it is not possible for me to ship the items by DTDC.

Also, till now I have not got the shoes back from the courier company. Every time, I have the fear in my mind that the items may get lost in this shipment process. It has already been around 2 months in this return process. But Flipkart is not taking any step in this process. Last time, Flipkart told me that if the product is not shipped the second time, it will arrange itself to pick up the item or will refund the money. But now, Flipkart is telling me to again ship the item. I am really frustrated with Flipkart's such responses.

Why is Flipkart not picking up the item from my address? Every day I have to waste my time and energy in this refund process. I feel that I have been cheated by Flipkart. Through this forum, I want to send my request to Flipkart to arrange the pickup of the time themselves or refund me my money.
