Online Transaction successfully but deny to place order

Hi Team,

I place an order to Pizzahut they deduct their money(online payment) but they said your order not placed because of some reason.When i call to customer care and there is a person named as Raj Employee id 9071 he refused me to placed order again and told me your payment refund within 8-10 days. This is not fair its a food when we took my refund then they place my order. PizzaHut is a frod and their vendor are too much frod they even do not understand.Again another person come on line name as Sonu Chandela Employee id RT420.He also refused.
They are frod.
