It is highly disgusting that american swan people are not taking care of customer problems.
it is being more than 2.5 month that i raised a query to you regarding my return request while the issue has taken more than 3 month time from the first query i have raised to customercare@americanswan.com.
My order was received to american swan address on 30 August 2016.
This is not my first online shopping and return request.
I never find any site like yours .All other site are providing online products and also the return process is very smooth.
otherwise a customer will never buy a product online because return is most often is the part of it when you are taking product online due to size or any defect.american swan not the only part of it.

these people are not taking care of your customer.
I mailed them more than 7-8 times also called them.But no response.
