Refused to refund money on return product

This is an incidence happened today 20th Dec'16 at 8 PM with me & my spouse went to exchange a woolen sweater, which she purchased from OM Colletion (Prop Preetpal Nagar), Shop No B-4, Palji Palace, Jagat Farm, Opp PNB ATM, Greater Noida, ph -9311402854, 9911945950, 8882378057 on last Saturday on 17th Dec'16 afternoon. Today the shopkeeper agrees to exchange the product on request but unfortunately none of the options we liked, so we requested him to refund the money, which my spouse paid on Saturday. On our request he refused to refund money, stating that he can't refund money and forced us to take something else of similar amount. We checked few product but nothing we liked with the same range. He said in any case he can't refund money even if my payment was done via Card on Sat the 17th Dec'16.

We requested him but he started misbehaving and become blunt/rude. We said you didn't give the bill on Saturday hence provide bill for our purchase and he refused to do so, he said you already paid via card and he can't refund money.

Please help fix such nuisance with shopkeeper like that. Such a harassment with us felt like we did mistake by purchasing the product from that shop.

Even I said, we'll register complain on your shop, he said " do whatever you want but he will not refund money"
