FabFurnish.com: compensation for defective product, deficient service and delayed refund

A coffee table was purchased on 11 April 16 from FabFurnish.com (present addresss:Bluerock eServices Pvt. Ltd. Plot No.: 521, Third Floor, Udyog Vihar, Phase-3, Gurgaon, Haryana-122016.). Product supplied was broken and containing plywood against the promised solid wood. Various calls and emails went void. Ultimately after posting at social media(facebook) the company refunded the amount(22,000) in account after 5 months. I have demanded for compensation for delayed interest and deficient service provided by the company for which company is not giving any response formally. However, the company, on raising the issue at facebook responded saying they are unable to compensate in the matter. Copy of letter sent by Speed post is attached for reference.
