I placed an order with DCGPAC.com on August 17, 2016. I received only partial order and still waiting to get the rest of the order

I need your help in filing a case in Consumer court against DCGPAC at the earliest. Because of this I am financially and mentally hurt.

    I've been trying to reach the customer care and I could not connect with them at all..they have disappeared after I placed the order. Until my products were in their shopping cart they made so many phone calls to help me with the payment. I wrote an email but still no response.
