Complaint regarding reliance footprint store prices

On independence day i.e 15Aug 2016, I visited reliance footprint store situated at Rohtak(Haryana, Pin-124001) for purchasing of formal shoes. On that day i purchased 2 pairs of casual shoes and one purse make LINO PERROS having MRP 995. The reliance footprint store person applied 25% off on MRP i.e. a discount of Rs 248.75 but as i reached home and visited the official website of LINO PERROS (http://www.linoperros.com/) I found that they were giving 45% discount on the occasion of independence day.
So my question is that why Reliance Footprint store person have charged me more price for the same purse which was available on discount of 45%(Rs. 447.75 only) while they have charged me Rs 746.25. Reliance footprint store person are making cheat to their costumers and playing with customer money. So you are requested to look into the matter and resolve my problem means initiate refund of money or I have to file a case against this bad experiance sought at Reliance Footprint Store.
