On 31st Aug.,2016, I placed an order including 2 items (T-shirt and Shorts). It was prepaid order. On 3rd September I received a message for Shorts that it will be delivered today. I got the delivery and when I opened the packet, I found T-Shirt inside it not the Shorts. I thought there must be some mistake. After sometime I received another message for delivery confirmation of both the items. Till that day I am sending mails and contacting customer care, but nothing has been done so far. Kindly provide me the remaining order or refund my money asap. I have already sent Jabong the photographs of the packet I received and the invoice, but they are pretending that they are working on my case and its going to be a week, but no satisfactory answer from them. They always tell me that your case is been taking care of at high priority and see that they are taking so much time for high priority cases. After making so many paid calls to their call center, I finally received a call from their technical department on 6th day of my complaint (i.e 09/09/2016), asking me for more time,I guess they asking me for indefinite time, they are not even confirming me to provide me the remaining item or refund. Why are they cheating their customers I don't know. Don't they understand that one day they will have to shut down their shop, if they do not stop doing such frauds.
