i was order red chief outdoor shoes Rs. 1978 from JABONG.COM 22/03/2016. The order is sent by a courier company GO JAVAS and product is delivered at 28/03/2016. after remove the packing there is no obtain shoes but it is fill form wooden pieces. i just 10 minutes later complaint book in mobile. and after book my complaint today 10/04/2016 they call back and tell me we are investigate and we are not claim your amount for this product. please help me for refund my payable amount.
