Exchange of partial product received Snapdeal is not providing me the solution

Dear Support,

I am writing this mail because Snapdeal is not providing me the solution.
I have ordered one UrbanStyle 360 Degree Rotating Bucket Mop ( MultiColor ) (URL http://bit.ly/2gEqrYT )But received partial product the connector was missing. When I raised complain for the same. Snadeal pick the product and now saying you have sent us different product.

I ask them to provide images for both one at the time of packing the product and one you have received as return. Call to Snapdeal many a time but no resolution received.

Please help me to solve the issue.
