My order cancel without my information

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I am purchasing on Philips trimmer QT/4000/15 pro skin of Rs. 949/- and its estimated delivery date is 10th of November so the delivery boy call me and tell me your packet is ready for shipped so please ready on your address then i am saying i m ready bt i dont have new currency of india even dont have 100's notes so he is say ok i am deliver you after 2 days so yesterday again hi call me and again i dont have new currency because of very big queue in banks so i am saying i will pay my debit card so he says i dont have card machine so i am say no problem you can send me my packet today he is say no now your product going to return to store then i talk the amazon customer care executive he is say your order already is cancel then i asking him who is cancel my order he's say through Amazon without my information they cancel my order why i am not say modi sir to stop 500/ 1000 notes so please sir do the needful.
