Old plan was not deactivated when New plan gets activated.As a result of this our outstanding amount for the month still exist even after paying the bill on 27/02/2019. Today the connection got suspended stating low balance.Applying dual plan charges is like showing a worst service of Airtel towards the customer.we never expect this kind of service from Airtel . We request to reverse the bill amount by deducting the old plan charges . We will resume with Airtel services post these amendments . Your immediate response is highly appreciable .
