Airtel complain - Unable to recharge my number after porting to Chennai circle

This is Charles, writing in regards to my airtel number 9741875655, which was ported out from bangalore circle to Chennai circle, it's been 6-8 months, not even once I was able to recharge, have raised multiple complaints, still issue is not resolved, atleast if I am able to port out wud be great. Sick and tired of listening to airtel customer care people saying within 3 days will get the issue fixed. Please help.
